Explosive growth

We’re into our third full year of operation and have published over 150 titles, mostly in electronic form, but also in print and, through our audiobook division, as, you guessed it, audiobooks. As our authors have grown and expanded, so too have their offerings. Terry Hayman, a prolific author in both literary and genre fiction, has added a seductive mystery novel, Jessica Falls, to our list, as well as the beginning of a YA series Raised by a Vampire.                 Our romance author, Terri Darling, has been equally prolific, with four novels up and counting. James Kinsak has up two, and his dark short stories keep spilling out. And Terri Cara has started up a fun erotica series about an electro-chemical device that enhances sexual response in interesting ways. Click on our Books and E-books page to get a full list. Links to where you can buy each novel, collection, or story will be added soon. Meanwhile, the author name and story can be searched on all the major e-book...
Another Fiero 5-Pack

Another Fiero 5-Pack

As promised, we’ve released another Fiero Publishing 5-Pack, this one from one of our more reclusive authors, the inimitable Terri Cara, also known as Terry Carus. So if you’ve ever considered checking out some erotica, this is your chance to catch some stories from one of its rising stars. What does she write about? I can tell you this – she’s not into pain, not into messiness like golden showers. She’s pretty conservative, actually, as long as you allow for same-gender sex, magical occurrences which are not really explained (and who cares really?). Deep down into most of her stories, I think she’s actually looking for love, and, oh yeah, lots and lots of hot sex. Check it out at Amazon, Smashwords, or (soon) wherever fine e-books are...

Fiero Five Packs

We’ve just released another Fiero Publishing Five-Pack, Half Pint Heroes, this one collecting some of Ben Birdy’s stories that were written for teens and younger readers. Stories about princesses and stable boys, giants and farmers, precocious young wordsmiths and a teen who acts before he thinks (What? No! Who ever heard of such a thing?). We’ve found these editions to be popular with readers who want to sample a range of stories around a theme by one author, and we’re planning more for the months ahead. Meanwhile, also check out these Fiero Five Packs: Being Human  Love Sneaks In Off-World Dark...
Inspired by heroism

Inspired by heroism

It’s come to our attention that two of our writers, Terry Hayman and Terri Darling, just posted thoughts about the same newspaper story today. You can find their blogs here and here. Now if we could just convince the third Terri (Terri Cara) of our current triumvirate to post or even put up a website (hint hint!), we could have a real Round Robin going. For now I’ll point out that we’re continuing to get more of our authors works up online everyday and invite you to check out the list which we’ll be updating today on this site.  Stay tuned for some exciting announcements next week about a new way to get some of their stories and novels! Until then, keep reading and spread the word about e-books and your favorite...
Time to lead

Time to lead

We’re still ramping up here on this website but are happy to report we’re going gangbusters on getting our authors up for sale online. They have now, collectively, 35 previously-published and never-before-seen works available for sale on most major e-book sites, and the number is growing daily. Of course, it’s presumptuous to call the actions of Fiero Publishing “leading the way” when so many other publishers are (finally) leaping into the e-book market, but what’s marketing without a little hubris? And you won’t hear us making the statements of some bigger publishers who are still figuring out this technology that, “With some devices, we know you’re restricted to where you can get your ebooks.” (Or at least we’ll try to keep our occasional electronic bloopers to a minimum.) Because we’re on this new world of publishing like beans on rice, gravy on potatoes, syrup on waffles…  Okay, getting hungry now. So what’s the latest in the Fiero Publishing world? Chasing the Minotaur, the first released e-novel from Terry Hayman, our go-to guy for mystery, literary, and mainstream fiction, is starting to pick up sales steam as people are intrigued by the story of a grieving artist who does a house exchange in southern France and encounters a particularly provencal type of magic happening in the olive groves near the Mont Sainte-Victoire – the long-dead painters Renoir, Cezanne, Picasso, and Van Gogh are still painting, loving, scheming. Check it out Amazon, Barnes & Noble, iTunes, and elsewhere. Stiffer, the latest release from one of Fiero Publishing’s writers of men’s and women’s erotica, has just gone up on Smashwords and will...
